Chaz Ross-Munro, CPSM, CF APMP

Chaz Ross-Munro has been an A/E/C marketer for more than 12 years and has helped secure more than $600 million in contracts in both the public and private sectors. She recently published, Sink or Swim Faster! Making a Splash Your First Year Marketing for Professional Services to help onboard new marketers. Ross-Munro began her career at the St. Louis, Missouri location of Burns & McDonnell, an engineering and architecture firm based in Kansas City, Missouri. Ross-Munro later joined the Atlanta office of Bovis Lend Lease (now Lend Lease), an ENR globally-ranked general contractor based in Australia. While at Lend Lease, Ross-Munro learned how large companies leverage national marketing resources to produce successful sales strategies and high-impact proposals. Building on what she learned in the Atlanta office, Ross-Munro transferred to the company’s new Tampa office. Since the Tampa location for Bovis Lend Lease was essentially a start-up, Ross-Munro was responsible for creating the marketing presence for this new office. Within two years, the Tampa office secured more than $300 million in new contracts and Ross-Munro’s responsibilities expanded to focus on the southeast region, which included managing marketing responsibilities for Charlotte, Raleigh, Washington D.C., Atlanta, and Miami.
