Cosential WOW 2014, our annual user conference, was a huge success. From the presenters and food to networking and workshops, our customers experienced a whirlwind of learning and activity. One standout event was the Monday night photo scavenger hunt CASH (Cosential Austin Scavenger Hunt) around downtown Austin. There’s nothing more magical than watching months of planning come to fruition with teams of Marketers and Business Developers tapping into their networks and collaborating on strategy to win the grand prize.
After reviewing the rules, teams dispersed around Austin as Cosential staffers sat back and watched #CosentialWOW2014 light up social media. In a matter of 90 minutes, there were over 2000 tweets. Many of the teams generated hundreds of tweets, but one team rocketed to twitter stardom.
#TeamWillie racked up close to 800 tweets/retweets. How do 6 people achieve almost 800 tweets in just 90 minutes while racing around Austin taking fun photos of historical landmarks, completed client projects, and Austin bars?
These 6 rockstars have deep roots in their community. They have an SMPS network of friends supporting their efforts, ensuring their success. This doesn’t just happen during a Monday night activity. It happens daily as they navigate their careers on an upward trajectory. CASH was a networking exercise that not only proved successful for #TeamWillie, but also displayed how Marketers and Business Developers in the AEC industry succeed—strategy and networking.
The winners had lunch with Dan Cornish, CEO of Cosential and chose to have additional email marketing capabilities built within Cosential. These six power players are beyond winners, they’re ones to watch! Thank you #TeamWillie for helping make CASH such a resounding success.
